Write to shahar@nvcrising.org. A person reads every message, and we answer within two business days (Monday to Friday, Central European Time).

To help us help you quickly, include:

• what you tried and what happened instead;
• your Zoom client version (Zoom → Check for updates shows it) and your operating system;
• which trick you used (Vanish with Dust, Melt or Eraser, or Step away);
• optionally, a screenshot of the Poof panel.

Before you write

• The user guide covers adding, using and removing Poof, with a troubleshooting table.
• Most "the vanish leaves a trace" cases come from the light changing after you captured the empty room. Capture it again.

Privacy and data requests

Requests about your data go to the same address. Poof keeps your photos on your own computer and stores stand-in clips on our server only encrypted, for at most 24 hours; see the privacy policy.

Reporting a security issue

Please email shahar@nvcrising.org with "security" in the subject. We acknowledge reports within two business days and will keep you informed while we fix the issue.
